We had been waiting for the 6 nations rugby to confirm their dates before confirming and are pleased to announce that we will still be on the first Saturday in March again next year. Being so close to the Welsh/English border, the last thing we wanted was to clash with a Wales/England rugby fixture!
This year was our most successful ever, with record numbers on every count. Attendance was up by over 30% and we have never had so many exhibitors. We will continue to market the event heavily again for 2018, so fully expect to go on breaking attendance records – see you on Saturday the 3rd March, 2018!

In its third year, the Lucton Food Festival will be bigger than ever and to ensure an even greater rise in visitors this year, the entry fee has been scrapped. So whilst the attendance grew significantly last year, we are expecting a major jump in visitors this year. Make a date in your diary: Saturday 4th March, 2017, 10.00 to 5.00pm.

In the second year, the Lucton Food Festival is all set to be bigger and better!  The Food Festival will run from 10.00 to 5.00 and as well as a range of stallholders and exhibitors, will boast a complete timetable of animated demonstrations throughout the day.  We are now signing up exhibitors and a would love to speak to anyone that would like to hold workshops.

A pre-festival raffle tickets will be on sale in the two months leading up to the event, providing promotion opportunities for any sponsors and exhibitors wishing to donate prizes. Please email us at info@luctonfoodfestival.com if you would like to contribute a prize to the raffle.

As last year, admission on the day will be just £5, with free entry for children.

We are starting the promotion earlier this coming year with an increased budget and advertising will be distributed in January. We'll be launching an exciting, integrated social media strategy and we expect to see a rise in the number of visitors coming to enjoy the Festival this year.
